Hello, none of these measures have fixed my issues. My KD-55X80K will sometimes connect ot my Wifi and then suddenly disconnect with the error "Wifi didn't accept the connection". My Wifi works without issues and I keep a number of other devices of all sorts connected without issues. When I finally established a connection it just has a speed of about 1 Mbit/s instead of between 50 and 100 as my other devices constantly yield. Do I have to return the TV or is there anything I could do?

After all these still my WiFi every 20 mins being disabled on the Bravia tv. Will you have soon an software update which after won’t be doing this ? All my other laptop and mobile has no issue with the internet only every once a while.

Brand new TV and had to return it 2 days later was unable to get past the second page in set up. No Wi-Fi connection.

I am constantly having problem with getting a stable wifi connect with my Sony x85k TV and the only temporary solution is to reboot my TV by unplugging it for 2 minutes to get my wifi working properly again even though my laptop connected to the TV and the Sony speaker system that uses the same wifi has no problems with the wifi connect? I was thinking about trying a factory reset to see if that helps and the video says to backup your settings then do a factory reset but there was no explanation on how to backup and restore your settings? How do you do this?

My TV doesn't let me turn on the wi-fi, when I turn it on it turns off inmediately. I already changed the date & time, restart from fabric, unplug it and nothing changes. Please help 😭 It's a Sony Bravia XBR-65X800G

I have a mixture of Sony and LG TV's in our home. The LG's work great. No connection issues. The Sony's are consistent in that they both have connection issues. NEVER Sonly again! Very disappointing.

My Sony Bravia XBR 65X850G randomly looses its network connection when turned off and back on. I then have to sign in to FUBO TV again and again. I am using a wired connection and have latest software, power reset and have even hard coded the network IP. Any suggestions?

Hi, Unfortunately my Sony A8H oled not showing Dolby Vision on Netflix only, only showing 4k ultrahd
Amazone prime, Bluray player and other TV Box work with Dolby Vision perfectly in Sony A8H oled, but Netflix only showing 4k Ultrahd only in my Sony A8H, my Netflix account is ultrahd premium, I am using same Netflix account on LG C8 work perfectly with dolby vision
Any body facing this issue ! Any body can solve my issue ! I have already done factory reset, but issue is still standing now.

All my other devices were connected to the internet perfectly; it was only my tv. Restarting my tv fixed it

And if the problem is that my television is literally talking next to the router, but I still get that it is not possible to connect, what should I do? Change channel on Wifi?

This Sony 77" A80L is the only device on my network that won't connect, all other devices work fine. I refuse to reboot my router because I have an internet radio station and don't want to disrupt the music for my listeners. Can't believe I paid $2700 for a TV that won't connect to the internet properly. Yes I tried a soft reset.

what I would like to know is, if this TV supports wi-fi 6 ....
I am planning to upgrade my old router and get a wi-fi 6 router .
But will my Sony X80K support it .
Please if anyone can advise .

Bought one and sold it after a year because of stupidest problem I encountered like wifi and bluetooth keep switching off. Then I bought another android tv from other brand and never ever had those issues. Best decision ever and it’s cheaper too!

Why I can't switch account on youtube, it shows only "Google account" not showing "other account" which I added to sign in youtube. Please assist.
