Okay similar issue but having no luck troubleshooting as of yet, I had to reset my PC after installing a new Windows update. After set update, games would start to crash and my peripherals would be buggy razor cortex won’t work or anything and then it would not let me uninstall or install any content of any sort, whether it be Windows updates or anything so I try resetting my PC and it worked. It’s just taking forever. As of right now I’m currently stuck on a black screen, and my keyboard is getting power, but my mouse isn’t and it’s been almost an hour since I’ve tried resetting.
