I've just started to workout with you like 3 weeks ago (I've been working out regularly since last December) and I love to do it! I keep repeating your videos to make it one hour workout every day :) and I have to tell you none of them was as hard as todays haha Hope you will make another 40 min video soon cause I need it desperately

Doing this one for 2 weeks now everyday and I SEE RESULTS 🎉🎉also I Do her 30 minutes hour glass workouts after this one so I Really recomend that together for amazing changes and pls clean eating is a Must😅 sorry but its how it is 😊 lots of love to Lidia thank you very much for your amazing work!
