The FMS Duck Walk is one the weirdest looking movement you'll ever see. But don't let that fool you … it's also one of the most beneficial for hip joint mobility.
It's no secret that squatting requires a high level of joint mobility and conditioning. The problem is, if you don't have good mobility, it's dangerous to squat. If this is you, then stretching alone will not suffice. You MUST perform specific mobility movements to increase your active range of motion and improve your squat.
