Great video. Thanks a lot. But when you make the calculations from Zulu to central you must not include the Z on the remainder as it is not longer GMT but US Central.

So 1652 is the right answer and not 1652Z.

Could you tell me what that 9999 and Q1012 means?

Everyone saying cloud in TAF metar is in AGL is incorrect, since the metar is in an area it is MSL. An aerodrome will be in AGL.
