METAR wind is reported in true north, not magnetic (if wind direction is printed, it's true, if spoken, magnetic - METARs are printed).

According to ICAO wind direction is from true north but when an ATC give wind direction it is magnetic.

I watched this video one time and now I randomly check metars daily and since this simple video I can read them very easily. Thank you for this. As Einstein said, if it can't be explained to a child it's not worth or something like that lol
