Hi, at this vedio timed 1:50 minutes you decoded SLP095 = 1095 millibars. Perhaps you're just confused. I think it should be 1009.5 millibars. If my memory is correct the rule in decoding SLP in metar is that when SLP is followed by Zero (0) you add 10 after SLP as SLP 1009.5. When SLP is followed by 9 or lower number, add 9 after SLP like SLP978.5
