Scientists Create 'Anti-Gravity' Device That Could Revolutionize Transportation

Exodus Propulsion Technologies co-founder and NASA electrostatics expert Charles Buhler claims to have helped invent a device that breaks the known laws of gravity. The “propellantless propulsion” device uses electromagnetism to propel an object without fuel, meaning that if a strong enough version is developed, we won’t need rockets to get to space. As a kid, we had a Piano tuner come to our house, and he would tune our piano. He was an extremely eccentric guy. One day he told me almost out of the blue that UFOs fly "using Static electricity". He somehow knew this back in 1993 time frame.

This is LIFTER technology, it has been around for years. MIT built a small plane that was propelled by lifter technology and it was on the nightly news a few years ago in the USA 🇺🇸 a couple of times, showing flights in a hanger. I talked to a personnel manager on the phone many years ago trying to get a job with GE jet propulsion, I said I wanted to put lifter technology on the blades inside jet engines to give them more thrust, she said THAT’S CLASSIFIED! There was a startup company in Canada that put the electrodes on the front edges of the tractor trailers of big 18 wheelers to be more aerodynamic and get much better fuel mileage, it got shut down because, THAT’S CLASSIFIED!
My guess is MIT worked on it because they got approval and then they gave up on it because it takes extremely high voltage and so is quite dangerous when you try to increase the thrust! Or when you get to those extreme voltages you have to do it with TELSA coils to make it safe, and you must create a wireless energy input to get high enough of a voltage to get large amounts of lift and do it safely. There is no telling what lightning would do to a wireless electrical system? TELSA always said and demonstrated AC voltages above 250v are not dangerous because they travel over the outside of the skin, not through the skin or body, but that was probably also because he always worked with Tesla coils that created the voltage differential throughout the atmosphere. Tesla very well understood that with electrical AC systems, something NOT understood today, that the electrical ground for homes goes literally into the ground at the local transformer and if the soil dries out so much near that grounding stake so that there is no water conductivity of the electricity ⚡️ into a large area into the ground off of the grounding stake then the electrical system will function very poorly and could cause lightning strikes at the transformer. This is why Tesla built tunnels all around in the ground of his tower that went down into the large water table below 👇🏻. That was done to cause rain water to channel into the entire large area around the tower and give that ground a voltage that was equal to the very low voltage of the large water table deep into the ground.
An electrical ground is simply the lowest voltage in an electrical circuit, the closer you get to the center of the Earth the lower the voltage, voltage increases as you travel up from the center of the Earth far up into the atmosphere all the way up to the ionosphere. I know many of you will say a ground is not a low voltage, but this is simply not true, we have all been taught convent lies, this is normal human behavior. I learned that the ground in any electrical circuit, is the simply the lowest voltage, from a lecture of a professor at I think at UCLA in a YouTube video. That made a light 💡 going off in my head and after that I experimented with many different ways of connecting large batteries 🪫 for power and to be properly balanced and after a couple of events of seeing blue electrical currents fly through the air between disconnected wires I learned the BEST way to connect my batteries, for my hand built electric bike to functioned extremely well. Years later I learn that the way I had connected my batteries 🔋 had been patented in the 1940s and is now in the public domain, it is used in the simplest form by battery producers. The way I used it was more complicated, but not patentable.
Probably, there is a second reason why MIT gave up on the project, that hobbyists have only been talking about recently because it is very expensive to experiment with this technology, when they put it in a vacuum IT HAS EVEN MORE LIFT !!! 😱
This FACT changes everything about this technology, and it required a lot of expensive scientific observation to verify as FACT! And since it’s been classified for soo long, this almost certainly indicates that there is a secret American 🇺🇸 space program.

Back in the early 2000's, Dr. Ning Li was working here the US and literally demonstrated a radical new theory on anti-gravity and demonstrated a working model of it!! Shortly thereafter she was approached by the CCP and urged to return home to continue her work, she refused and started working with the US Gov't under Top Secret clearance...then was "accidentally" run over by a car and suffered brain damage and never was the same! I illustrated a book as a favor to my dad, for his friend who had overthrown Newton and Einstein, was going to revolutionize space travel, etc. He didn’t stop there…he had discovered how to create matter! He certainly put a lot of thought into it, diagrams, and so forth. But the part that really sold me was that he couldn’t understand Einstein, but “my twelve year old daughter can understand [my theory]”. 25 years later and he still hasn’t made the literal gold, scientific revolution, or giant leap to overnight fame that he predicted.

I'll tell one more thing: it's the STRUCTURE of the fields that make all the difference - THAT is what makes the pressure difference. The negative pressure is made in the corners of the regular geometric shapes (like cube, octahedron, etc...). This is what he was referring to when he said "if you change the shape..."
