💡🤔...think you can teach us a series on just sauces? We all know how to cook proteins (most of us anyways) but the sauces...have no clue. Thanks and 🙏 for the kick. Put that fridge on its back next time...its soothing. 😂

Halibut. My all time favourite. Very rarely see it for sale these days....Olive oil and black pepper is all I need to cook it.

I've got a big hunk of Chilean sea bass in my fridge and was planning to make something with it tomorrow but was undecided on what to turn it into. Thank you for helping me choose. Love your videos. I do have the butter, wine and lemons in the fridge now, but I never have any random roe in there.

Worked at a restaurant that always did a random fish/ random burre blanc special. Always worked, regardless of the combo. Would do fruit burre blanc, like blueberry. I've tried to replicate, never quite matched theirs. I think adding the cream might help me get there.
