I agree with what he's saying, if you chase a girl after being dumped, you're projecting low value and status and thus are also no challenge. be strong and confident that you are fearless to lose her and it will make her think before walking away to begin with.

When a girl has left your life and all of a sudden months later she wants to contact you, give her the gift of your silence, Trust me, you will thank me in time and she will be forever thinking of you and it's way better than giving in and being weak with her and she just discards you later anyway.

The real trick is to make her realize that you're actually enjoying yourself. Let's be honest. Most below average guys will remain single.
