To fix your battery just do a cloud reinstall and make sure the Lenovo vantage app is gone from existence

Bro I think you had some other problems then having Lenovo stuff installed.
I´m idling at 6-7watts with all the 20 Lenovo services running.

To increase your battery life (not by much but still) :
Close all useless apps (manually kill Windows Update too)
Put brightness to the lower maximum.
Undervolt your PC to its limits.

My Lenovo had a shit battery life, 2h.
Now it's almost 3h.
Increased but not by much
