I have vata dosha and I know it's manly about dryness
I'm trying oil pulling and masage body before and after sleep
Now I'm leaving in poland 🇵🇱 and for me it's hard find indian herbs and oil
It's also costly here.

In ancient times they used to work very hard by using their full body for getting them own food...so they cool them by freshwater resources...For my thoughts May it's all reversed now so warm water bath may be help for blood circulation nowadays...it's make feel active throughout day rather than room temperature water
