Sweet baby Jesus. Over a year of this insane tightness and pain in my right hamstring. I've tried so many different PT exercises, a lot with a focus on strengthening and balance! Not just stretching! But nothing seemed to relieve the pain. I had also tried hamstring curls, and I noticed SOME help with that, but nothing much...

I tried the two exercises, felt my hamstring muscle wake up, and THEN tried the other PT routine I was familiar. Jesus Christ the difference was night and day. As I bent forward on one leg trying to maintain my balance, I could ACTUALLY FEEL my hamstring doing work to maintain my posture!!!!

thank you thank you thank you thank you.

I’m disabled and spend way too much seated. This is a great help to me. Muscle atrophy is my enemy.

Very helpful! Have you considered creating a resource for people to look up trainers that have taken your courses? You could find areas where your viewers are interested and reach out to that area to find trainers interested in learning from you! It’s an empire in the making!

You described exactly me. His are tilted under from sitting at a computer for work. Hamstrings very tight. Took me 1 year of stretching to be able to touch my toes. Thanks for the video

Do you have content on rehabing a torn hamstring? Your videos are so helpful, Conor! Thanks for what you do -- you've changed my life for the better (after 5 years of debilitating pain, I'm finally on the right track...now, if I could just get this right hammie to function the way it did before I tore it...let me know and thanks in advance!). Best wishes in all you do!

Thanks man. I did both excercises as soon as I wotched the video, maybe its placebo, but it temporarely releived me from my constant lower back pain that comes from posterior pelvic tilt, so I`ll try to keep doing them as long as i have patience to do so. I used chair for second excercise, so no perfect 90 degree angle and i kept knees in line by cotroling them not with any object, but i think that some kind of pillow is more than allright.

I tried this using the couch. Works great! I've been told that I have tight hamstrings by physios and yoga instructors since the 90's and after just 1 day I feel my glutes working throughout the day and relief in my hamstrings. Life-changing.

By far the BEST explanation Ever!! I have anterior pelvic tilt (let us say I have been a lazy white colar worker...) and I did the 90 degree for a bit longer than suggested...I fel the lower of my back really stressed when I finished yet after the first exercise my body was kind of correcting the posture...is it normal to feel some muscle pain at the lower back?
Thanks a lot and I subscribed already 👍

The video didn’t spell it out but the gist is strength imbalance, weak hamstrings specifically. To fix the forward leaning hips, strengthen hamstrings/glutes and stretch quads/hip flexors. Also strengthen abs & stretch lower back.

Rabbim size selamet versin .
