In my first ever (!) video I'm going to simply describe what grand mal seizures look like in dogs, so that you as a pet owner can be aware of what to look for should your dog experience something like this. I hope you enjoy, please like and subscribe if you like what you see!

As a certified veterinary technologist, I am VERY excited about this channel! We need more veterinary you tubers to bring light to how serious our jobs really are. I did an internship in a neurology department at a specialty hospital and it was for sure one of my favorite departments to be in. Subscribed 😌

I love animals so much. This breaks my heart. Poor babies. I wanted to be a vet, but I can’t handle seeing animals Ill. They’re too precious to go through anything like that

One of my Boxers just had a violent grand mal seizure last night. It’s hard to watch but it definitely confirmed it for me. Thank you.

I applied to vet school and I’ve been looking for a vet channel! I would love to see more about neurology or horses! Maybe even a day in the life!

My dog had a seizure a couple of months before we put her down, but I never saw it myself (alerted by a family member). I remember her just lying on the ground, unable to get up or move and it had to be one of the scariest things I have ever seen in my life. This video reminded me of that. Thanks for the informative video!

Great video!! As a medical student it’s nice to look for similarities between Human and Vet Med 😁. Maybe you could talk about ‘One Health’ in a future video

new subscriber that also came from you brothers channel-- but i am an emergency vet tech and see seizures very frequently (the only neurologist in the province is at the hospital i work at, so most things get referred to us). maybe in another video you can talk about symptoms of an impending seizure (ie. fly biting, focal seizures, etc) for clients!

anyway, cool video idea! looking forward to what else you might put out!

Thank you so much! Im a veterinarian from Mexico and I was following your brother because my husband wants to be a radiologist, when I saw his announcement in his YouTube page I literally jump of emotion hahaha. Thank you so much! It is really helpful to watch this kind of videos to know what to do when a dog gets in the clinic. Please keep uploading!
