I am a single momma and I was struggling with alcohol for a couple years. I quit cold turkey for 60 days and on day 60 I had a beer...then another...then went into drinking at least one beer or glass of wine every night. This time I was quickly able to see the negative effects (thank you Jesus). Now almost 30 days sober again and I'm so grateful to be able to see the results. The results are enough to make me say never again

Alcohol and cigarettes addiction actually destroyed my life. I could remember several years ago after divorce with my wife which brought me into my disastrous journey on Alcohol and cigarettes. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

I was off alcohol for 9 months and started again on a lads holiday. Didn't drink for 3 weeks when I got home, but then started again. I have now been drinking for about 3 weeks. Disgusted with myself after doing so well. Today my sober journey starts again.

Wine has been a huge part of my life. Growing up in an Italian family …living in the CA wine country and working at a restaurant or winery it’s been a part of my life. Cutting back the habit of drinking wine everyday has not been easy. I started drinking a non- alcoholic beverage in a wine glass every night with dinner rather than wine to break the daily habit. I never drink alcohol at home and only allow myself one glass on a special occasion no more than twice a month. Listening to information like this continues to keep me strong and healthy. THANK YOU MEL ❤️

I lived my life sober, divorce, layoff, covid, deaths in the family, newly single social life... I found everything revolved around alchohol. It was scary.. very little focus on non alchohol activities. Friend would only call when they wanted to party. I found myself changing and allowing all if these achohol focused people and activities in my life. It had such a negative effect on my life. It has become clear to me that I WANT to return to my original resolve. I have quit alchohol a few times. I am breaking up with it again. It doesn't serve my life, my brain, my waistline, my WHY for life, my goals, my hydration, my body, my face, my wrinkles, my judgement, my headaches, my relationships, my energy, my longevity, my self esteem, and most of all ME... SO I AM CHOOSING ME.... NOT ALCHOHOL
