It is need of the time to understand the developed norms and conventional dealing of police towards general people, General people & Young Lawyers always confuse between the written law & practice of law and in case of any incident, dealing with police is always a problem, due to police behavior common man hesitate to join the proceeding / inquiry / investigation before the police and it is also mystery what to do in such like situation.

Sir, I have a question please guide if possible, as you have told we must give space to police authorities letting them proceed through their own mechanism. But sir should one ask or not for front desk receiving on application for registration of case, as police normally doesn't register case right away.
