This wouldn't happen, miss use of 911 in the case of no emergency is actually an arrestable crime, because when you're in the call somebody else that *does* have an emergency might not be able to.

OK that’s complete bullshit. And I know it.
I had my sons’s father’s ex-wife called the police on me all the time falsely because she didn’t want my son’s father to pay child support.

She called them almost daily

I begged the police to make her stop and just not take her phone calls.

They said there’s nothing they can do. They can’t stop people from calling the police, even if it’s false. all they can do is put it on nonemergency which is what they did but they literally will not block your number.
