My boss is trying to have me create a SharePoint webpage for new customers new employees, especially employees that need information about what their job is, putting in job applications as a PDF files forms applications that anybody can go to in fill out but the main question is how do I know or she know that the PDF files that we put into SharePoint how do we know that the people are done with it? Love the idea, but using a tool like Asana or Jira is much better. They are built for project management out of the box and integrate with M365 and Google. Plus, collaboration is much easier too.
