Don't worry, just cause you hear your own heartbeat doesn't mean you have heart disease, heart disease comes with other symptoms, exercising a lot can cause this and if you rarely hear it while lying down at night, that's okay too as it seems to be more psychological or could just be nothing if your blood pressure is normal but if you hear it while having other symptoms, I suggest you see a doctor because it often is a symptom of other issues involving your heart

Don’t worry, chest pain that doesn’t move might be caused by anxiety or unknown reasons but you should watch out for: chest pain accompanied by shortness of breath that moves or spreads. if it happens, then those are the 2 signs of a heart attack. And other things to watch out for: extreme shortness of breath accompanied by constant chest pain that won’t stop no matter what even if you use coping skills. Other things to watch out for: dizziness even though you didn’t spin and happens randomly. So those are other signs of heart disease to watch out for.

For everyone talking about 2:43 at the video I have been diagnosed with this pain, if it’s after running or exercising it’s perfectly normal, just means you body isn’t used to exercise, if it’s random it’s likely a pinched nerve in your rib (like me) or lung pain.
