Windows does not boot after cloning SSD hard drive

How to fix windows not booting up after cloning new SSD hard drive. If cloned Samsung data migration or any other SSD hard drive doesn’t boot windows 10 or 7, you may need to change the boot order so the new operating system drive is first in line

For the last two days I've been trying to figure out how to get my new clone to boot on my SSD I didn't realize all I had to do was to unplug the old hard drive and turn the computer on to let the new SSD boot up. Saved me a trip to the computer repair shop

SOLVED. Other videos on cloning don't mention creating a partition, for bootable disk. This video does. Important to change boot priority. BRAVO, and thanks

this tool only works for Samsung disk not all disk can do this, can have to change boot order after cloning

create the boot disk with aomei then restore my image that works.

the reason for this could be various, for me it's the partition style and i converted the disk with ao mei partition

Maybe this is what happened to me. Because my clone seems identical except it says it has like 10 fewer GB of used space, and when attempting to boot from it it shows "no operating system"

Lucky you. My board does not even list the SSD in the booting options.

I failed with this tool but worked with aomei, it's the same disk, what is the problem?

I added all same partitions and cloned exactly but still no booty…

Samsung migration software does NOT allow you to add any drive other than C to the cloning/migration process as of September 2020, the way this video demonstrates.

I followed the cloning video by PCGameN and clone my ssd from my hard drive. All the partitions seem to be the same and the storage taken up seems to be the same. However, my computer does not see it as a bootable drive. When I unplug the hard drive, my computer fails to detect a bootable drive, even as my new ssd was put first in my boot order. What could cause this?
