Hard drive/storage detected in bios but unable to boot.

If you have a hard drive in bios detected but not booting, I have a possible solution for you.

FIND LAUNCH CSM and enable it.

Can't thank you enough! Power went out in the middle of the night, got the red light on the motherboard and comp wouldn't power on. Pulled the battery to reset the motherboard and couldn't get it to boot. BIOS said no bootable device found. I damn near disconnected and rebuilt the computer and almost gave up until I came across the best 20sec video on Earth. Now I' back in business. Thank you!!!

I had two internal hard drives. One had windows and the other had linux Ubuntu 18.04. I wasn't able to get into the linux hard drive before. But after I did what you said, it works now! Thanks!
