Windows 10 Not Booting Up FIX [Tutorial]

If your Windows 10 computer is not booting up, this tutorial will be for you.

The Windows 10 boot process is quite simple. When your computer starts, the BIOS or UEFI Firmware is loaded, which performs a small set of checks on your hardware called the Power On Self Test (POST.) The BIOS then scans the hard disk master boot record, which loads an important file into main memory called WINLOAD.EXE. This kicks off the start-up process by loading the NTOSKRNL.EXE (NT Kernel, the heart of Windows) and HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer.) Windows 10 then performs tasks such as initializing your hardware like your mouse and keyboard and reading the Windows Registry and user profile.

If you see a black screen with gray text that reads “Windows Boot Manager” with an error along the lines of “Status: 0xc0000605 Info: A component of the operating system has expired,” then it means something went wrong with WINLOAD.EXE.

This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

How long should it say attempting repairs? And also does this stay true for newer versions?

After I did that it says "attempting repairs" for like ever. Is that what it is suppose to do?

I tried to get into auto repair and I got into Dell SupportAssist instead. It began diagnosing and fixing my PC. After it was finished It concluded there was no hardware issues. Then auto repair booted up.
Windows is way too complicated.

So my laptop keyboard us broken, doesnt work, tried going to the boot to install a new window through my new wired keyboard but at booting it doesn't let the keyboard so i am not able to go to boot,

Have this issue right now, it wont repair for same reason. Only thing i could do is restore to previous version. Restore finalized but when it restarted all I get is a black screen. Seems like my issue went from bad to worse.

A fuse blew out on my power supply I recently bought a new one and started up my pc, but it says to reboot i used the usb but since the computer already came with windows 10 It wont let me do the free one. I have no idea what the key is.

Hi in having problem logng in to windows is was doing all the things in the video at the start but I pressed the reset PC option it reinstalled windows 10 but now wont boot at all in just getting black screen with a whit dash in the top left

I did everything and the startup repair took literally 653 hours for part 1 and an additional 20 hours on part two. then finally it says it couldn't repair your pc. then I tried the same thing again, this time nothing too, then I tried reinstalling windows from the USB stick on ALL available ports, still did not work. now it has entered a loop and nothing at all. pls help.

Hey man! So I have this exact same issue and I ended up just restoring to a previous thing a couple days ago.
However when I try to restart my computer it does the same thing again. It's like it just won't let me turn it off idk what is up. I've had to restore it twice now in one day.

My keyboard backlight won't work but I know I can just delete apk and then reinstall it. I did this before this all happened and it was fine. But now since I can't restart it. It won't uninstall the apk it just goes back to that restarting thing.

Do I have a virus or what? What do i do. I think I'm about to try to just actually turn it off and see what happens but I'm scared. Pray for me!

when I did this my computer completely turned off and turned on again showing a massage that says that I've run in to and error and that it will restart but every time I restart it says the same thing
