I placed a warm washcloth with Epsom salt behind my knee
Wrap with ace wrap and also kept a knee support over the ace wrap.
Might be Baker’s Cyst.

It struck my left dominant side and I am looking at pre-plantella bursitis from over pressuring bicycle cranks during each revolution.

First I had pain above knee. Now it's a few weeks later and it's worse, plus inner knee pain. Lots of popping and knee trying to pop out for a few days. I went to Dr two weeks ago and he didn't look too hard. Said it was a quad strain going into knee, the tendon not the whole quad

😭 I have this in all places except the top one. It hurts when I touch the top one, but it isn't swollen.

What if the area becomes harder - still moveable under the skin but instead of once squishy and sore now harder. Pez area goose as you said.

Statin meds can cause knee pain, leg cramps, lack of phosphorous in diet is also a problem.
