People say its insensitive that everyone, especially Mike, ignored Will's crying but I'm sure it was on purpose. One of those moments when you know a person just needs their time alone and they shouldn't be bothered or it might make them embarrassed or like the center of attention. Will was obviously trying to hide his tears and everyone just respected that, no need for the annoying "are you okay" questions or pats on the back, especially considering that it would draw more attention to the fact that all the things he was saying about "Eleven" was actually just him talking about himself.
