You know as a private company the mission controller don't have to say - Launch he could say... "Engage" ... ;D

It's a shame that Elon Musk put so much work into his private company, and now people are trying to make it about nationalism. If you want to make it about nationalism, try to get NASA in action again.

Bitter sweet, sweet because we are launching from U.S. soil again, bitter because of the number of American citizens that had no idea it’s been 11 years. Good luck and god’s speed, there is a lot more than two people riding on this launch.

It's only about 450 miles away from the earth, right before Van Allen radiation belts, the only test that I'm waiting for is to go through the belts again. I want to see that. If I see that, then I'll believe we went to the moon. They never go past 450 miles since Apollo missions.

You all realize that putting a man on the moon in 1969 was all about beating the Russians and nothing to do with that Star Trecky space stuff. It was to prove rocket science superiority which was top priority in the cold war.

Today that seems hard to believe.

Historic, alright. A 1960's capsule in 2020. One word describes it: pathetic.
