Setup GUI in WSL2 using VNC Server

In this video, we're going to setup GUI for Debian (WSL) using VNC Server

this method also supported in all Debian based distributions like Ubuntu etc

RDP server's quality is better than vnc but
VNC is faster than RDP

I followed all steps but at the end when I connected through vnc viewer it shows white blank

for wsl version 2 (ubuntu 20.4 LTS)

I get empty results when I type : netstat -lntp
