This is my 7th week after surgery through open abdominal complete hysterectomy.
My wound is never visible thanks to the medical science and the surgeon but I feel more pain on the surface of my abdominal skin and inside the areas of surgery.
I can’t wear pants comfortably and any hard clothes means the clothes usually a sleeping gown or rob with very soft textured could be a little comfortable.
Even the skin still feel pain time to time.

I have had a lap hysterectomy 2 months back. My uterus and cervix are removed. Thankfully, I have had a good recovery period and feel no discomfort in my abdominal area. My problem is that I'm suffering from low back pain, for which I need to fall back on painkillers. Pls guide.

Thank you for sharing your mission in helping women recover after hysterectomy.

I’m due for my partial surgery and doing my best to mentally, emotionally, and physically prepare and after. I’m excited to have my life back.

1) How soon after total laproscopic hysterectomy can I use my total body vibration machine? 2) Also, should I use any particular mode over another initially (oscillation, pulsation, lateral)?

😢 now watching this breaks my heart. My uterus had no major problems 😔. My pathology result showed only 2 small polyps. I should have a hysteroscopy with a biopsy before.
