Who is Mark Bowden?

My name is Mark Bowden and I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist. I am a best selling author and I've partnered with British Airways to produce the first inflight hypnotherapy channel.

My main personal work is now with professional athletes to help them perform to their very best. However, I still have a passion for producing these audio sessions to help improve peoples lives.

Being able to relax an unwind from your day and then to have a great night sleep are essential ingredients for a long and happy life and i want this to be available to everyone through my channel.

I want to thank you I have had horrible issues with sleeping. I wake up often during the night and takes so long if at all to get back to sleep. I woke up 3x and literally was up and put my ear phone back in expecting to not be able to get back in to it and I don't even remember laying my head down. Happened each time. Now for my family and friends that's a praise 👏

Mark I wanted to write and say thank you so much for sharing your sleep hypnosis. This has helped me so much as I have been trying to not take sleep medication's for ages and to learn how to naturally fall asleep and stay asleep. Thank you! I have PTSD and often find it difficult to sleep. There has been times when I don’t sleep for two days straight. This made me fall asleep and I didn’t have any bad dreams. God bless you kind stranger.

I'm 17 and have severe insomnia my whole life since I was 4, I've tried everything but it's to the point that I once went 2 days without a minute of sleep... I'm tired but can't sleep. If I might get to sleep at 5 in the morning which is aggravating but i can't ever sleep... But then I found your channel, I've been out like a light. Thanks so much and keep up the work. 👍🏻✊🏻

I only woke up once last night compared to at least 5-7 times on my bad nights 3-4 on a good night and usually it's 20-60 mins my sleep tracker says 6 mins I'm very impressed as iv listened last few nights n it's really good. Iv been using guided sleep meditation since 2015 n i do have a favourite but I think the change of voice n instructions has really helped so thank you so much

I have terrifying night terrors because of PTSD, something I've been dealing w since I was 7 years old, now 43 I am so happy I found this. Even after waking screaming I put my headphones on and can put the dark memories out of my mind. TY ❤️

I haven't been able to sleep for weeks. when I did sleep it was always about past negative issues and dread. I didn't think this would work, but I tried it... I dreamed about blue roses... they were so calming.

I alternate between videos depending on the mood. As a bipolar person it also helps me relax when experiencing “rollercoaster” of emotions every damn day, since it’s rapid cycling...

Definitely the most peaceful, calming affect for sleep. I woke rested, but not groggy, which usually happens.

Thank you so much!! I've developed anxiety over the past few months which has caused bad insomnia. I've tried everything including sleeping pills to try to sleep. But this is what works for me! 2 nights in a row I got good sleep. I even woke up this morning to go to the bathroom. Usually it takes hours to go back to sleep after getting up but I fell asleep within 30 minutes after laying back down. You are amazing! Thank you so so much!! 🙏
