3 key steps to stop spam emails in Outlook

Use one or all of these 3 key steps to stop spam emails once and for all. Stop emails being marked as read/opened when you view them in the reading pane.

My outlook DOES NOT have that menu bar at the top of the page with all the tools. Nor do I have the Tabs pane with the options of FILE HOME SEND / RECEIVE FOLDER VIEW ADD-INS.
So How can I block emails from my inbox if I can't follow your tutorial?

How are they able to know when you’ve opened the email? Is this something anybody can do?

So you're telling me even if I open the spam mail that gives them access to my emails? What about the phone app outlook?

With all due respect... None of these three steps actually do _anything_ to "stop" spam emails
