When it comes to Excel I consider Mike's YouTube Channel the ultimate resource. There is simply no equivalent when it comes to learning about formulas & functions, array formulas, Excel for Business Intelligence or even a refresher on business math. Thank you for sharing your knowledge so altruistically!

Well that sure simplifies everything. New functions UNICODE and UNICHAR allow Conditional Formatting for checkmarks and exes (x) to be done in a single cell. Way to go Mike and 0xyz! Awesome.

Great as always!!! Thanks, Mike.
Can i propose another one way, to do this? ;-)
Copy your symbol from C14 (from formula bar).
In B18 put reference on to A18 (=A18)
Choose custom number format like this: ✅;; (first symbol is from clipboard -> CTRL+V)
Copy B18 down.
That is all ;-)

Hi, I have an impossible excel question. Is there a way to use a date formula but make it fixed (not constantly recalculate), without using VBA or iternative calculation/circular referencing function?? If there is, .. sigh..
