I like how Zebra and me were total opposites. He was super open to trusting Vivian while I absolutely hated her at first and expected to be backstabbed. But I think I trust her now that I'm further into the next chapter.

Remake Trivia!

1). That pipe in the basement of the Creepy Steeple wasn't there in the original version, with the OG version of Chapter 4 was sorta infamous for its excessive backtracking.
2). If you somehow OTK Doopliss during his final battle, thus beating him before Vivian properly joins the battle, Doopliss will use a Life Mushroom to come back up! In the OG version, the game just continued as if nothing happened

You should know, if Goombella’s health reaches 0 during the final Doopliss fight, she’ll be replaced by Koops, then Flurrie, then little Yoshi. And when little Yoshi is gone, Doopliss is alone.

To be clear, Piercing Blow is only for enemies with defense. Doopliss has a defense of 0, so PB does nothing. It is useful for enemies like the clefts, spinies and buzzy beetles.

(Er… sorry about that. That’s how I felt the first time he said that.)

Also, this was another question I wondered. When Mario became a shadow and Doopliss stole his body and name, how did Mario manage to hang on to both his items and the Magical Map (in order to still be able to use his special moves)? I thought Doopliss would’ve stolen those from him, too…

15:31 And… WHAT?! That HAD to sting for the real Mario to see his partners being rewarded like that, but not him. AND for his partners to only merely suspect that Mario was acting strange, but not even recognize Doopliss’s speech patterns from the first battle and realize he’s a fake… I think that would’ve probably really hurt my feelings if I were Mario… 😢 All the more reason why I felt like snapping back at Doopliss like that at the top.

Goombella, Ms Mowz, and Mme Flurrie all have their appeals and special talents. But Vivian is my best girl for TTYD because of how far she comes personally. None of the partners (from Paper Mario or this game) can claim to have switched sides of morality, in addition to leaving abusive home circumstances. Bedlam and Marilyn, you don’t know what you let go, and it will bite you HARD in the future.
And now Zebra, you understand why people were withholding Doopliss’ name until you found it for yourself. Names hold power, and Doopliss utilizing this to make a near unbreakable curse on Mario proves it. I hope you enjoyed Chapter 4, especially with the QOL improvement of the pipe between the steeple and Twilight Town. In the original, you had to retread the complete path between them no less than five times, enemies included!

Zebra gamer that is rare flower called an amazy dayzee and it can be found in chapter 4 in the forest area of twilight trail and you encountered one of them and if you beat one of them in battle you can get lots of star points hope you find this information useful and keep up the awesome content

Chapter 5 isn't exactly the best, but its cast of characters (the partner, the boss, plus other "friends") are still legendary.

I don't know why, but last night I was just thinking of what could possibly happen after you got turned into Shadow Mario, and for some random reason, I had the thought that Vivian would join the party in some way, shape or form. It was actually kinda creepy to see that it did happen. I had never seen this game before until you started to play it, so I'm kinda creeped out. Eh, I'm excited for the next episode either way!
