Someone forgot to tell my 2004 ford ranger with 2.3L 4 cylinder that it could get 29mpg. It insisted on getting 17mpg

The tundra has always been bad on gas, if you check on fuelly those years get like 13-14 mpg. Great engine though

To be noted, most of these listings are fir manuals. I have a 4.0 l currnetly automatic, and none 4x4, and the mileage is pretty bad for a midsized truck. Ford really messed up with putting v6 engines in heavier vehicles. 😂

You missed putting any real tricks on the list these are all trucks for people who don't need a truck 😂 unibody that built on a car platform F-150 is not that much bigger for ⛽ but for work being full sized it's more practical ford 4.9 from before 96 GMC 1500 vortex dodge 3.7
