The before and afters would be a lot more compelling if they compared it with a generic moisturizer. Without a comparison, I'm inclined to believe I'd get the same improvements if I used a cheap lotion like Cetaphil

Why didn't L'Oreal tell us what seed souce is the ferment essence they use from? Some sort of navy beans, butter beans or? At least other brands tell us what source of ferment essence they use, like rice ferment essence or soy ferment essence, but why didn't L'Oreal disclose theirs? Some people have allergies and this ferment essence may not be suitable for their skin!

unfair comparison. the moisture content should increase after simply washing your hands. should compare it against regular moisturiser and aloe vera gel instead
