I was diagnosed with OCD since my teenage, spent my whole life fighting OCD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until a friend recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

OCD is very strong painful constant impulse with hopelessness, unsatisfactoriness, fearfulness, boringness, anger, tiredness, headache, restlessness, no readiness, withdrawal, and escape. OCD is the fierce mental torture 😭

Dr Reid i dont know if you will read this but anyway...
THANKS from the bottom of my heart.I have OCD since i was a child (7years old)
but following your principles now i have a GREAT life (1 year of protocol) something that time ago i didn't think it would be possible.
OCD is always there and thats awesome cause it forces me to train the protocol, it is like my sparring and everyday i am better.
This protocol is great not only for OCD but for everything in life.
People like you should be live forever. Again THANKS.

Thanks. Another helpful resource is that book "30 Days to Stop Obsessing" by Harper Daniels.

Thank you Dr Reid, Though I considered myself in great FREEDOM from OCD over the last years, I fell back in it during some very hard times the last few months. I want to tell you how your information is very clear and has helped me so much watching your OCD videos ‘right in the throes of that painful/threat’. I actually got so much from one of your videos on threat, it’s like, wow…it was made just for me😊I’m sure many people find your information so helpful in their lives. When anyone needs a boost or refresher, listen to Dr Reid Wilson, but, ‘we must do the work’👍

This is great. But he didn't mention that we also need to have a long term goal.
Long term goal: To get rid of OCD or get it under control
Short tem goal: You seek doubt/anxiety/discomfort

Without the long term goal, we don't get the motivation to do the incredibly hard work

Tomorrow I’m traveling 80 miles to a recording studio to record a song I wrote about this disorder even when it’s telling me I shouldn’t get in the car

The number one thing that stood out in this is that he said the topic has nothing to do with anything it's not the topic that is the problem there is always gonna be some topic some theme but it's always meaningless

OCD sucks, thank you- for sharing your strategies and support. I try not to play the game, exposure never works it makes it worse. Do you have an suggestions for Schizophrenia and OCD together?
