Thank you for allowing God to use your voice to deliver this message. I’ve been living a lot of Mom Guilt, and between my home church this past Sunday and this message, I know I am blessed, and I am doing as I listen. You are a blessing to the Entire Church Body.

Thank you Lisa. What a blessing you gave me with those encouraging and wise words. Im 68, raised two wonderful sons who are wonderful men, still married to their amazing father for nearly 50 years. I sent this link to my precious DIL, who, along with our oldest son, has blessed us with four fabulous grandchildren. Cornerstone's online sermons have made a HUGE difference in my Christian walk as I listen to Allen daily. I pray for him daily, and now, I'll pray for you as well. Thank you, Jesus, for the lovely helpmeet he gave Allen. God's continued blessings on you and yours from a fellow Oklahoman.

I always said, "knowing & Doing, are two different things!!!" (especially when they were teens, & always said, "yeah, ma. we know, "!! )

Back in the early 2, 000's, I was a Nanny for Yale Professors!! Kid's b'day parties were in a park nearby. All the b'day gifts were put in a huge, dark plastic trash bag!! The b'day child didn't even open them !!!
They opened them at home, after the party.
Sounds humble. 🙄. But really, at home, the kids opened the gifts, & probably already had half of them. But then they'd regift unwanted gifts.
Nothing wrong with regifting... But that's how much they had.
I never had to regift anything when I was 4, 5, 6 yrs old!!!
& When I was that little, I appreciated the gifts I had. 💗🕊️💗

My Grandmother is my heroine!!! She was born in 1894/ little house on the prairie days!! (she would've been baby Grace on that show!!). She had 10 children and 52 grandchildren, plus 100 great grandkids at the time of her passing. She lived to be 102. She passed away in 1996.
My Mother was the youngest of the 10, when my grandmother was 42.
When my Mother was only 4 years old, her father died.
I Remember, when I was 3, I knew how my Mom's Dad died when she was 4. I was 3&1/2. My grandmother was babysitting, & I asked her something about that, bcz I knew I'd be 4 soon. I remember her saying, God is the Father of the fatherless, & Husband of the husbandless." I knew exactly what she meant. It wasn't a brain thing. It was a spiritual thing, & I took it into my heart.
My Mom was born between the depression and WW2!!! No Dad. Elder siblings were getting married... Then she was married & had 6 kids by age 31!! Common occurrence back then. Today, people don't even have children until they're 30 !!!
Bottom Line: It doesn't matter how many children you have, raise them in the Lord.
SO many commenters are fearful of unsaved children or grandchildren. I always encourage them. A Good Tree bears Good Fruit.
If they're saved, then they're a good fruit, & so will their children be. & They had ancestors who were good trees... & They're the good fruit, too !!! 💗🕊️💗

Remember who GOD said is the accuser and condemner. God is our savior and rescuer and loves us and wishes that we come to repentance so we may be with him always.
