Too funny, I just made an almost identical recipe on Monday. It's yummy. I created it from several recipes I had around the kitchen. I added pineapple and omitted the nuts.

Hay Christa, I didn’t have carrots so I substituted chopped pealed apples and made cup cakes instead. Oh my goodness. They were the best. You should try the apple version. I love your videos. You both were the ones who directed me on where to purchase the pill machine and the empty capsules. We take Moringa every day. It really saved our lives when we all had COVID four times. Oh my goodness, that looks SO good, Christa! Do you always use sugar to coat the pan of all of your cakes, or just this recipe? I have never heard of that, but makes perfect sense❣

First you had me at butter, then sugar instead of flour(you genius👊) 3 layers and frosting. Sniffling turned to probably like Brutus drools at the finished masterpiece and how simple you instructed. Thank you❤

I use brown sugar. And raisins too. Which I soak in sugar before putting in the batter.
