When I went to my neurologist, two years ago, she mentioned everything you did in this video of what not to eat and avoid. It almost totally eliminated my neuropathy, but she did take labs and it showed I have and anklosing spondylitis and rheumatoid factors. When I stopped everything that you have mentioned in this video, my factors have been normal and no extreme symptoms of the A.S. Sugar was my main culprit and salt as well as everything you mentioned. I am now leading a normal life and have lost over 100 pounds because of following what I eat and no processed foods ever. I hope people listen to you because it does make a difference. Yes, some days I do have Rheumatoid symptoms that are very painful flareups maybe every three months but it’s not every day every day. I am not on medication’s, but I am on many vitamins. I enjoy watching all of your videos thank you.

Thank you! I eat tomatoes with red onions with lemon juice with a dash of salt and pepper a lot. This explains why I noticed my arthritis elevates afterwards. 😮

Carnivore diet is the only diet I've tried (and I'd tried them all!) that completely healed my severe seropositive Rheumatoid Arthritis. I was able to get off the biologic meds and had no flares, pain or stiffness and zero inflammation markers in my bloodwork for 2 years! The only thing that set it off again was mistakenly eating some birthday cake and being exposed to toxic mold. But I'm back on strict carnivore now (meat, butter, ghee and eggs) and returning to full health again.

As a celiac who also avoids fodmap foods it is discouraging to figure out a diet.

I always test negative for RA, but I have years of Osteoarthritis behind me, as well as at least one bone-on-bone joint. Not quite a month ago I started an anti-inflammatory diet and have been thrilled at how much it has helped. I feel like I'm going in the right direction at last. I guess my biggest issue will be staying with it, especially during those times I'm tired and, frankly, tired of the food. Soon I will try gradually adding back a single food at a time to see if some of these I actually tolerate okay.

Thank you, Dr. Girnita!

This fits with the Paleo Diet very well, and fits with the rules I follow. I was in remission for many years, lost it when I hit menopause, but am getting close to remission again. I will say I do eat red meat a couple times a week, focusing on organic and grass fed. I also eliminate beans, including peanuts (which are in the bean family). I’ve temporarily removed eggs and nuts as well, but hope to reintroduce them once I get my inflammation markers normal again. They’re getting close!

Never, ever eat table salt. Use Pink Himalayan or high quality sea salt. It is healthy and you need only a pinch because it is so flavorful.

I found this out after eating a few French fries and being nearly paralyzed in my body the next day. It hurt so bad. 24 hours later I slowly regained use of my body back.
