The dot product, also known as the scalar product, of two vectors is a scalar quantity that measures the projection of one vector onto other vector. This operation is denoted by dot. and it is calculated by multiplying the magnitude of one vector by the magnitude of other vector and then, multiplying that by the cosine of the angle between them.

Nice, I like it. Do more shorts on other concepts, like cross product, vectorial product, etc..

The dot product measures how much 2 vectors are aligned with each other.

If it is 0 it means they are perpendicular

Your video on dot product was really good because you gave me the CONCEPT of what A DOT PRODUCT IS I.e. It is how much two vectors are aligned.
But what about the cross product, what does it really MEAN?

If dot means that how they are aligned eachother, then what is meaning in physics?

30 seconds to BETTER explain what my physics teacher tried explaining for 2 hours

If both are perpendicular, then the dot product is 0

tbh i THINK NOT KNOW, that the dot product doesn’t calculate the projection, its merely part of it, like im still figuring this out but just saying, ALSO CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN WHY THE DOT PRODUCT DEFINITION IS COMPOENNET OF A ON B, BUT THE FORMULA IS THE PROEJCTION TIMES THE MAGNITUDE OF B
