This is 100%. The catch is, these guys KNOW you're into them, but they can't just straight-forwardly tell you they're not into you because you probably have never actually confessed to them. I've gone on two dates with a guy and he absolutely did not want to discuss whether we were still talking to/going on dates with other people.

A guy I work with *seems* interested, but he’s up the food chain and I don’t think he’d ever make it evident because of all the HR training. I think guys with high up positions who have integrity simply avoid work relationships. It’s really a shame because we go get along so well.
