hi does replacing the case of the whole laptop will damage the inside parts and the monitor itself? because my monitor cant longer be closed cuz if i do so the bottom will open specifically on the side of the fingerprint scan/powerbutton (it also has small crack on the side of it).

But where do i find brass nuts that you placed on top cover for hinges to strapped on ? The round ones, because my laptop screen top cover has broken form both sides at places where hinges need to be attached .
