Some shy away from the term "Easy Believism" - I do not. That's what I believe, because that's what it is. Salvation is easy.

The Christian walk is not so easy, but being saved is.

Christ did ALL the work for Salvation. He made it easy - but man, in his religious pride, makes it hard.

You're either trusting in Christ ALONE (that's Salvation), or you're trusting in SELF (that's NOT Salvation.) One is EASY, the other is not. Easy Believism should not be a derogatory term to a saved individual. I'm fine with it. I'd rather be labeled that, than a Lordship Legalist. -One who trusts in self and depends on their own good behavior for Salvation.

Those who rely on their own self efforts are living a lie, and have fallen for a counterfeit gospel.

Being saved is not complicated, but you'll have to humble yourself to see that. You'll have to submit to Easy Believism, and the only way to do that is to remove self from the equation.

I am totally against the false teachings of Lordship. Although the term easy believism is a pejorative term. It's not easy, it's not hard but rather it's simple. It's by faith alone start from world. I agree with what you said I would say it's simple

I agree, Salvation is Easy, Roman's 10:9 KJV. "Should" we serve the Lord and Do good works? Of course we should. But what Must we do to be Saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. There's a Difference between what we MUST do to be Saved, and what we SHOULD do after we get Saved.

Lordship salvation is like Deuteronomy 6:25, except it applies to man-made religion, rules, and traditions.

(Deuteronomy 6:25) And it shall be our righteousness, if we observe to do all these commandments before the LORD our God, as he hath commanded us.

Great broadcast. Lordshippers think they're being so clever throwing around the term 'easy believism' as a pejorative. Jesus has done all the hard work and bids us to believe on what He has done on our behalf to make us right with God and be sure of Heaven. What the Lordshippers say is the Gospel is not good news. Rather than salvation by faith alone, they say it is by faithfulness, something completely different. That is legalistic 'hard workism' and 'another gospel' and doesn't save with God's anathema upon it.

I had heard this message before understanding what Lordship salvation was. And after looking further into what Lordship salvation is, I can tell you that I believe there was a misunderstanding of what Lordship salvation is in this video. Lordship salvation says that those who truly believe will repent of their sin and submit to Christ. They will not continue to live in unrepentant sin, in other words. It does NOT say that works are required for salvation. I suggest that people look more into Lordship salvation before going off what this video says about it.

If you truly believe in Jesus that is correct, but you are still supposed to try to follow the law and bare fruits which is done by yielding to the Spirit and it doesn't mean you are going to hell if you don't. Along as you have true faith you are okay. God bless!!

The rich ruler came to Jesus and asked what I must do to be saved.... did Jesus say just believe on me and you will be saved? Or did he say you must decide to follow me by selling everything you own and give to the poor. Could Jesus be saying you must die to yourself and follow Him. So... you become a Christian by accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior with the grace poured out by the Holy Spirit. No works needed. But the evidence of the true conversion is being led by the Holy Spirit. Jesus had many who followed Him until the hard requirements were placed on them... then they left. Jesus said that they left because they were never part of us. This video is not saying what the Lordship salvation stands for. Grace is the only way to full salvation. But if there is no death to self and walking in the Spirit you are not His. If you can't do what Jesus did and say not my will but Your will be done then you maybe on the Broadway and not the narrow.
