Animal Crossing New Horizons - Convert BELLS Into NOOK MILES (New Trick)

In this video, I'll be sharing a new way of effectively turning your Bells into Nook Miles in Animal Crossing: New Horizons, utilising a new feature. This trick is incredibly easy to do and should give you a great advantage. Nook Miles are a much harder resource to obtain than Bells, so let's see how you can turn those Bells into Miles!

I already have 19 million Bells and 55, 000 Nook Miles. 😅 I’ve never reset my island, and I just hoard Bells and Nook Miles!

I already knew about that trick, but I have around 2, 000, 000 nookmiles (across all 8 profiles), so I don't really need more for now, they are just pilling up while I work on the achievements. But I only have around 20, 000, 000 bells, I buy alot of stuff right now to finish my catalog, and after that I want all pattern variations, so I still need tones of bells. :-)

I just redecorated Maple’s house! I gave her a couch and a few teddy bears and I love her house even more! I might do Ione’s house next. I do like a lot of my villager’s houses, ngl, but I think I can make them all a little better. Stella was one of my first five villagers I got, and I got rid of all that boring block DIY furniture and replaced it with cute furniture.

I’ve been doing this just because I want my villagers to have better looking houses. I didn’t realize that you could decorate them all on the same day though. Getting a lot of Nook Miles isn’t hard if you do the Nook Mile Plus activities and visit the terminal in Resident Services every day.

I haven't ticket hunted in ages thanks to my camp luck. But I enjoy greatly updating villagers homes so have a decent number already (110, 000 nook miles)

I haven't got HHP yet so I won't be able to exploit this for a while. Cuz I never reset my island, I have over 14, 000, 000 bells and 200, 000 miles. My quick way of getting miles every day is intermingling Nook Miles Plus goals with the Kapp'N islands (plant a fruit tree, chop wood, whatever takes advantage of the resources without ruining your island's asthetic. Another cool trick: if you have "redeem Nook miles" at the start of the day so it's x2, you pay Kapp'N and as soon as you arrive ashore, you get all of those miles back so it's essentially a free trip.

This reminds me how broken it is to get Poki. It's the same thing except with the Paradise Planning homes. I found out by trying to log the different kinds of flowers I own via those houses and left without changing anything. I've done over 40 homes and have been promoted quite a bit. I got 10, 000 Poki from just asking to remodel a house without changing anything. Pretty interesting to see that there is a way to use this method to get more Nook Miles.

I dunno I feel like time traveling thru New Years is still a better way to grind NM. And it doesn't cost you any bells at all! And if you go backwards you don't have to keep listening to Isabells announcements.

After you fully upgrade your house, bells become useless. I certainly have more bells than I know what to do with.

Great to know there's a good source of miles if you finish the better paying rewards challenges! I have spent so many miles on topiaries redecorating my island entrance, still have about 300, 000 miles though so I don't need to worry for a while haha
