How Long Should You 'LAST'? (AVERAGE & IDEAL Male Duration According to The Research)

Right …I’m gonna share few tips that i usually do when I throw a party to “Big Al” :

Based on my own experience, the better you get at warming up your lady the less time you need to last. Granted, that doesn't mean there's an issue if you last longer.
