Hubby and I have been trying for 18 + months. Starting seeing a OBGYN around 9 months to get all tests done. All came back normal for me and hubbys sperm analysis came back pretty good too. We had a miscarriage at around the 14 month mark ( April of this year) So it took us over a year to get pregnant but miscarried. My OB has told me she is unable to help us get pregnant and has referred me to a REI clinic. Should we continue to keep trying? Or should I see an REI specialist? I am turning 34 in November. Feeling defeated and sad each month passes. Love you Natalie! Appreciate all that you do!

Can you do a video about losing weight while TTC? My REI wants me to lose weight but I don't want the diet, exercise, or intermittant fasting to mess up my hormones and make fertility worse. Or hurt my egg quality as I've already had 2 miscarriages. What is safe?

When I was 37 (I’m 41 now) I waited to go to a fertility specialist for a year, and I wish I would’ve gone after like 3-5 months of trying! I’m still TTC it 41

Went to see a fertility doctor a year ago with regular cycles at age 25 not TTC but knowing I will want to someday 7ish years down the line and knowing I have the 'thin' presentation of PCOS as preventive medicine to preserve the fertility I have. Fast forward 10 months and I began having heavy AUB every other week for 7-8 days. It was just helpful to already be established with someone to make interventions faster. 😀 Earlier diagnosis helps the prognosis!

You mention that I should get an evaluation if I have significant spotting during the luteal phase. I spot for 4-5 days every cycle before I get my period.

What do you think?

What about in the case of reoccurring miscarriages? This was not mentioned. After my second loss I have not had success conceiving for months.

Does the recommendation for when you go see someone change if it’s secondary? Like under 35 have 1 child. Are they still waiting 1yr?

Hello Dr. Natalie, thanks so much for the information I am a new sub and so happy to find your channel. My question is, I have a cyst of size 4 cm, and I am not using birth control pill (tried to use to 3 months in the past and it didn't help), so is 4cm cyst can be an issue to get pregnant naturally? I am 28 yrs old and currently not planning for it but preparing myself for it within 3-6months. I have normal weight and no helth issue beside this cycst and irregular period (late by week or two and rarelly 3), which really stressing me out. btw watching u from Oman :)

My cycle is every 28 days and I ovulate around day 13 or 14. My period comes on time every month. But they only lasts 2 days. Is this normal? And can it effect my ability to get pregnant?

I have pretty regular periods, 23-24 day cycles but every few months I get double periods and spotting between periods. Is that considered issue enough to get checked out?

My period is regular, changing by a day or two now that I'm off the pill. However, when I input the end of my period, would this be when there is no blood but still some brown discharge or when there is nothing at all? I'm on my TTC journey and I want to make sure I'm putting the right data in my app 😅

If you've seen an REI in the past to conceive with IUI or timed intercourse, should you go back when you're trying for the next baby? Do you do the whole work up again?
