In this video Dreamcastguy gives his brutally honest review of the Super Mario 3D All Stars collection for Nintendo Switch. This inlcudes slightly remastered versions of Super mario 64 from the Nintendo 64, Super Mario Sunshine from the Nintendo Gamecube, and Super Mario Galaxy from the Nintendo Wii. This collection is good but lets dig into the graphics, the handheld gameplay, and the problems of this emulation filled port.

Great video! FYI: You can get around the game’s lack of vibration option by disabling it on the main Switch menu: System Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Controller Vibration.

“More than a decade” doesn’t quite state just how old this game is, 18 years is closer to 2 decades.

I feel like they were extremely lazy with SM64. In my opinion, they should have given us a version that is closer to the DS version of the game.

I forgot how bad the camera system of SM64 is. I kept fighting it for an hour, then I switched to Galaxy and found peace.

Super Mario Sunshine grew on me too. I played it when it first came out and i didn't care for it. But after a while it became a favorite.

I really wish we got a Super Mario 64 remaster! I would have loved to see the original and remastered version included! Heck, even the DS version would have been cool!
