Untrue. I’ve literally lost a ton a weight eating a large serving of oatmeal in the morning and once more in the early evening. From 234lbs to 190lbs.

What sort of psychopath can eat 1000 cals of oatmeal that’s like 350grams of oatmeal, an insane amount.

1 Cup of oatmeal id roughly 350 calories. You're pulling 1000 calories out of a bowl of bullshit. Nice bait.

Watching this while eating like 2 cups of plain oatmeal

Where are these figures from 😭😭 Quaker oats is 100 cals per serving, brown sugar in moderation is pretty much negligible, fruit is at max 50 cals, half a cup of milk is on avg 50 as well. You're likely having at max 300 calories

Fuck i hate when my oatmeal packets magically triple the serving when pouring them into the bowl :/

For most of my life, I didn't like or eat oats because everyone around me ate them sweet and I wasn't feelin' it. I was an adult when I learned about savory oats and now, that's my jam. I make them savory style with protein -- chicken or eggs, and on occasion black beans. It's a hefty dose of protein. I'm losing weight and have lost 8kg over the past few months without much effort. I've also never been a breakfast person, but this is something I can eat for breakfast. It's helping me.

I do eat 200grams of oatmeal, to get on my calories. (Around 700kcal) And I swear to God, I never met someone who came just close to that amount for one meal. 😂

I eat oatmeal almost every day 1/2 cup dry oats to start with. I mix 1/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt, and 1 tablespoon of sugar. For just over 300 calories. It’s a great start to my day.

Food scale > measuring cup.

It’s crazy to discover how much you can eat in a serving of foods but it helps for future ref like say you decide to meal prep too 👍🏽 I measure my oatmeal but I use fair life milk, one envy apple, cinnamon, and about 1/4 serving of granola, and top it off with some sugar free pancake syrup

Oatmeal is sooo filling. I always have said I can only eat a couple bites of it. I realized it’s because people usually make it so thick. I just do the exact serving size with a lot of water and plant milk then add hemp hearts and berries to it. It’s more soupy but I love it this way.

What a load of nonsense😂There’s nothing wrong with eating a small bowl of porridge/oatmeal with some milk and fruit/honey for breakfast.
I have mine every morning with whole milk, high protein Skyr yogurt, chia seeds and a drizzle of honey, and it keeps me full until lunch. And recommending artificial sweetener is a terrible idea! Some are better than others but overall artificial sweeteners are really bad for us.

I do overnight oats and it’s so delicious and filling. With my measurements I calculated mine comes up to about 371 calories. Here are the measurements:

1/2 cup Quaker 1 min oats (150 cal)
3 tbsp Carnation evaporated milk (60 cal)
3 tbsp Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt (32 cal)
0.5 tbsp Choc Zero Keto friendly Grape Jam (8 cal)
1 large banana (121 cal)

This fills me up and tastes good, btw I’m a 5’1 woman so if you are taller or a man you might need a little bit more to fill you up. So you can adjust how you see fit.
