During the period of LS speaker Om Birla has already shown that he is the speaker that used his power fully and including dismissing more than 140 elected members of parliament. The question is, if a loksabha expels one its members as per its misconduct rule and the same misconducts continues, can a new lokshabha allow the same member to continue in its business who gets elected in the general Parliamentary election? Then what happens to the misconduct? if that member is allowed then can the member not bring any motion for defamation against the loksabha authority for expellig such member earlier? 😊

The last time Parliment the Speaker OM Birla was the one of the most worst and inrfficient speaker and he should not allowed to be elected in 2024 new parliment
