Love Vi’s shirt

I tried making this, but with slices of thick bread instead of Hawaiian rolls. The Cinnamon Toast Crunch created a great texture, it was sweet, it was very interesting! But, one caveat; I would recommend baking it in the oven for a little bit, to make sure it’s nice and crunchy when it’s done on the griddle. Also, nice preventative measure to ensure no raw egg.

Let the rolls get a little stale and it’ll be able to absorb the custard and hold up much better. Park it in front of a fan for a few hours or pop it in a toaster over on a low heat/keep warm setting for about an hour.
