The first meal I ever ate when I moved to Hong Kong. It usually is just two layers of thick sliced bread but I like the multilayer concept and your addition of Nutella is right up my alley. Never seen it coated in cinnamon sugar but as a lover of toast with butter topped with cinnamon sugar, I approve!

What the cafes do is they press down the centre of the toast and pour milk on top, and then add hot chocolate powder to cover the milk. So that when u cut it the milk floods all over the plate and soak the bread.
