For anyone wondering I think this is Hong Kong Style French Toast :)

If you don’t have much ingredients,
You can also:
Get any bread u like,
Cut off the crusts if you like,
Get two eggs and add milk ( compulsory to add milk)
Dip it in the egg batter like the video,
Fry it until golden brown,
Top it with honey and fruits on top.
It taste delicious
Ofc the video’s is delicious too

Looks sooo good 😋…..Imma try this out once….I do mine like a bit differently…..just bread, eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla essence which is optional but I love it…the smell alone sorta helps the taste idk if that makes sense
So no measurements here
White bread (as much as you need)
Eggs (depends on how much white bread you took)
Milk
Sugar and vanilla. U make a mixture of the eggs milk sugar and vanilla, dip the bread into the mixture, and fry it in a pan with some oil, butter or ghee…whatever you’ve got that’ll help it not to stick on the pan. And it may not be crispy or anything…but it smells really good and tastes delicious too 😊 also I haven’t tried it so Idk…but umm I guess you could use cardamom in place of vanilla? I’m not sure but it just tastes better if there is some sort of enticing smell.
